Ingredients: magnesium flakes, fine pink salt, MCT oil, essential oil blend (Green Mandarin, Tangerine, Lavender, Chamomile Roman), calendula, chamomile, lavender petals

To Use: Add half the bag to warm water in a basin for a foot soak, or add the entire contents to warm bath water. Soak 15–20 minutes, then pat dry or rinse with water if preferred.
